ok a hike a few weeks ago. It was only 1.23 miles TOTAL so Chris says you can't even call it a hike. But it got us out of the house for the morning. And Murphy got to go with us!It was beautiful scenary, as is most of southern Utah.
There was a small waterfall at the end that is bigger at other times of the year. Chris climbed over to it and went into the little cave but I stayed on the lookout ledge.
This was 
at the beginning of the trail but we, um, disregarded it. There were two other people on the trail and they said there had been some rock slides and other trail damage but it wasn't bad.

Um, excuse me, but that's my niece/nephew you're hauling up the closed trail. I'll let it go this time. Looks like tons of fun. Hopefully you live there long enough for us to come visit!
It looks like we are in totally different seasons! You're right, it's beautiful scenery.
